For seventy-one consecutive months, the US economy has gotten progressively better. That includes a new record for consecutive months of private sector job growth. Forbes magazine (which is no fan of President Obama) crunched the numbers and demonstrated how the economic recovery under President Obama has been better in just about every measurable way than the recovery under President Reagan.

Obama is ruining the country and soon nobody will be working because of his policies.

Now personally I don't believe this and it's my last post of this nature as I think that getting you to fairly look at anything Dem\Rep is futile.

Make it easier to combine children with a career and you'll see labor force participation go up even if the aging of society will push the trend in the opposite direction. These days, child care is extremely expensive and with more women than men getting a higher education, it is paramount that we make sure that middle class families find it easy to combine children with two full time workers.
