Any Senior Paratransit Options in SW Kansas? (Wichita, Garden City: fit in, home)

I'm 69 years of age and in relatively good health save for a physical condition (spinal deformity) which limits walking long distances and makes driving, especially in strange territory, more of a challenge.

Sometime this spring, I hope to make a trip to Garden City to straighten out a relatively minor legal matter. Years ago, with Trailways' buses offering multiple daily trips between Wichita and Albuquerque via US Route 54, this wasn't much of a problem, but since the Greyhound/Trailways merger some years ago, all through traffic has to go via Oklahoma City -- not much help to those of us who don't fit in.

Here in my home state of Pennsylvania, we have a number of options classified as "paratransit" or "van-pooling", and I'd much appreciate it if such options exist in southwestern Kansas, and if so, whom to contact.
