You could check out Jackson Purchase Medical Center (Jackson Purchase Medical Center - Home Page) in Mayfield. Named in the country's top 100 hospitals in 2009. Just a few miles from the Tennessee line is the Murray Calloway County Hospital (https://www.murrayhospital.org/).
You say you're open for commuting, you could live in Mayfield, Murray or Benton and drive to Paducah. They have 2 choices there. Western Baptist (Welcome to Western Baptist Hospital) and Lourdes (Lourdes Hospital). If you move to any of the 3 towns I mentioned and want to work in Paducah you'll have a 4 lane drive from all 3.
I just mentioned this area because I'm from this area and, as anybody who reads my posts on here knows, I'm always putting a plug in for western Kentucky. Good luck with your job search.

Georgetown KY has a nice hospital and it is only 20 minutes from Lexington city center. There are several hospitals there-UK Hospital, St. Joseph Health System, Baptist Hospital, to name a few. Midway, Nicholasville and Versailles are nice as well. The Bluegrass Region of Kentucky is just beautiful in general. Affordable and a great place to reside.

That's one thing about saying you're looking to move to Kentucky. You have 120 counties and most of them have good hospitals where you could find a job. lol
