I'm trying to find a decent place/trail/route to jog and run in Corbin but I'm having some difficulty finding one. I know the parks have some to offer but I don't really feel like driving the 20-30 min it takes to get to Levi Jackson, Thomas Walker, or the Falls just for a run. Any one with any input would be greatly appreciated.

Corbin has a great trail (sidewalk type thing) along the river downtown. It even has lights along it!! It's easy to find, when you see the huge gazebo in front of the Engineer Street bridge, then you will see the trail. It's really nice. The trail goes to the Corbin Rec. Center on Barbourville Street. So the entire length of it is along the river.

Yeah, I found that place the other day. Looks like a good enough place to get things started. It ties into the park center as well. It's also nice to see they renovated that old bridge. I'll be giving it a try tomorrow morning. Thanks.
