Military Transfer...Need housing help (Lexington: school districts, landlord, deal)

My husband is being transferred to Lexington with the military and I am having a hard time finding property management companies online. Does anyone have any recommendations, or for that matter warnings?

Also, we have small children so school districts are important as well. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

The only advice I can give is to not go with a property management company. Investigate craigslist and talk to a landlord willing to provide you with the specific information you seek. Chances are a real human being will cut you a fairer deal and try to understand your specific situation more than any company.
