I really appreciate all of the help. I am currently in Atlanta where traffic is some of the worst in the country so living that far out would be almost unheard of here. Sounds like traffic in Cincy isn't nearly as bad. Not sure about housing right now as far as rent or buy to start.... Are there any nice apartment complexes that would be convenient to I-71?

Cincy is more like Louisville than Atlanta. In fact, Atlanta, with all its sprawlburbs, is substantially larger than Louisville and Cincinnati metro areas COMBINED! So I think you will enjoy the ease of getting around the region. Locals will tell you how traffic on 71 or 75 or 65 is "bad" but that is probably bc they are from a rural area.
