If anyone had any info on those areas. I work in the school system here and would like to stay in the school system (worked as aid with special ed children) does the schools there offer this positions? we also ride horses and my husband team pens and sorting is there any associations or places to ride. thanks

In Russellville and Auburn (Logan County) there is Logan County Schools and Russellville City Schoools. They do have teacher's aids in Special Ed. I am not sure if they have openings but that sort of specialization is harder to fill. From what I have heard and observed, the county school system is probably a little better to work in. The Russellville area is very nice. It's a really old, historical place and has been kept up really well.

You'll be a little out of the way if you choose Nortonville. Couldnt' tell you much about places northeast of Clarksville. I'm about 45 minutes northwest, up I-24 from there.
