I saw on the amazing race a couple from Kentucky. It said Stone, Kentucky. But I cannot find Stone on the map. Is it such a small city it doesn't show up or is it a misprint on tv?

I grew up in western Kentucky....I checked the UK atlas on the web and Stone is a very very small town in Pike county (far eastern tip) and located between McAndrews and Huddy. It was formed as a coal mining town back in the early 1900s. One of the many coal towns in Appalachia. Extremely rural and hilly.

Hi movingoutofCA, I saw that your husband works for McLane and you may be wanting to move to KY. I worked for McLane for 17 years (8 here in KY). I would be happy to answer any questions. Where are you from San Bern. or Merced? There may still be people there that I know. I love it here in Lexington. Moderator cut: advertising Roger
