I grew up in western Kentucky, about a hours northwest of Bowling Green. My brother went to Western Kentucky Univ. Yeah, there arent many Catholic schools nor churches in that part of Kentucky. The majority of the folks are baptists or methodists. The nearest Catholic High school would be in Nashville and I do know Owensboro KY has one too along with Louisville.

Here is the link to the Preschool thru grade 8 catholic school in BG.

Default Catholic School in Bowling Green, KY

Catholics do not make the majority populous here, but there are numerous Christian Schools to be found. Nashville being the heart of the Bible Belt, you won't have difficulty finding a good, wholesome education for your children.
