as peter said, louisville is quite happening and probably has the most opportunity for a young college grad. the central core of louisville is also very friendly and welcoming to newcomers and new ideas, unlike other parts of this state.

Tell us more about yourself. It is true that Cleveland and its metro area is losing population. I would never live there, but not sure it sucks. I do think Louisville offers more for a young person and also much better weather, along with proximity to some other great cities.

Louisville has some of the "new south" vibe but also northern sensibility. It is a real hidden secret in its region. As one poster has told me on here before, I am sort of an evangelist for the Louisville area. I feel like I "discovered" it 10 years ago. I feel like some other posters here feel the same way.
