We are moving to the area next month. My husband will be working in Cincinnati. We came to the area and decided to initially rent in Florence, KY.
We are a family of 5. Me and my husband and 3 children. Schools are important, however we homeschool so they are not a deal breaker.
We are looking at the Paddock Club apartments. Does anyone live there or have lived there (since after the management change in 2012)?
Can you provide any info on these or a better complex in the area?
We are looking to spend no more than $900-$1000 in rent.

Also, how is the farmers market in that area? It looks nice online but I am curious how it actually is.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

I lived in Florence for middle and high school with my mother, stepfather, and two younger sisters. Unfortunately I can't offer much advice on renting because they own a house there but it's within a few miles of where the Paddock Club apartments are. I've driven by that area before and it looks nice on the outside but I don't know anyone who lived there. It's really close to Mall Road, which is one of the hubs of activity in Florence. The town is very spread out (it's a suburb town for people who work in Cincy) so Mall Road is where you'll end up for a lot of stores.

The Boone County farmer's market is really nice. We went ALL summer as a kid and my parents still go on a regular basis. I put the link below because there are a couple of farmers market but this one is the most established and the biggest we ever went to.

I hope you all like Florence. I enjoyed growing up there (I now live in Louisville) and my sisters are still going to school there too but they're a lot younger than me.
