I may have to settle for an apartment at first, is there an apartment community that should be avoided in BG? Anybody know anything about The Enclave? I'm ok with older apartments, I just need a pet friendly place with reasonable rent, in a good area with hopefully good management?

This definitely isn't ideal but if I have to take an apartment temporarily, I will...

So, where did you decide to live? Glasglow is a long friggin' way man.

BG is becoming home. The locals are all super nice - you just have to get yourself out there!

Not sure if you have solved the issue yet. Why not live in Smiths Grove, KY. Still in Warren County (where BG is), and is very rural, but you are only 14 miles from the first exit in BG. Land is cheap and there is lots of it, or you can live right in the town of Smiths Grove.
