I was surprised at some of these rankings. Perhaps some towns are making a come back while others are faltering. What do you think?

London, Corbin, Somerset and even Glasgow, great places to live or retire. Having seen first hand these towns at their worst and now seeing them make a comeback, sure, I can believe it. Williamsburg and Middlesboro doing well also. All of these I mentioned with exception of Glasgow are in South Eastern Kentucky. But, I have to be a little skeptical of someone ranking a town/city that they can't even spell the name of the town correctly. Maybe, that's just an over site.

I'm surprised that Somerset wasn't #1 though...Hal Rogers has poured literally millions upon millions of dollars into that County during his tenure as US Representative of the 5th District, and I don't seem to be letting up. I guess the rest of the 5th District didn't need him after all but, I'm sure he will be the first one to show up to take credit for it.
