Which waters in particular? Smaller creeks will have smaller fish, generally speaking, but Kentucky has a wealth of rivers and lakes and is a great place for fishing. Someone who is a fisherman (or fisherwoman) will have to provide more details - I do not fish. You do need a state license to fish, however, but licenses are inexpensive and easy to obtain.

Kentucky has a lot of great places for fishing. (My husband and son are the fishers of the family - I sometimes get to antsy and impatient to fish.) Which places were your inquiring about. Most have abundant fishing...but it depends on the spot.
