My husband just landed a job with Gateway CTC and I am wondering what area of NKY has an arts district, or is there a good community arts center, or where galleries may be concentrated? I am a full time painter / workshop instructor and will need to relocate my studio when we move. I prefer to have my studio at home. Here in Dallas I have a guest house on our property that is my studio. But I would consider renting a separate space.if it were nearby where we decide to settle.

Also, I've noticed the homes I've viewed online don't have fences and have a lot of property. I do love the idea of viewing the landscape, but we have small dogs that I would like to let roam outside in a fenced area. Do many of the neighborhoods have an hoa that prevent fences?
