How's the job market for Corporate Trainers & Advertising (Graphic Designers)?

Can anyone recommend some good cities that have a really good job market in Kentucky?

And how's the weather, especially in the Summers & Winters? Snow?

Thanks.

Not sure about the job market for corp. trainers but we have Fidelity Investments here in Northern Ky. Plus, we are just minutes away from downtown Cincinnati. May want to check it out.
We have all four seasons but sometimes it feels like we miss out on Spring. It goes from cold to hot pretty quickly here in the Ohio valley. Good job market overall in Cincy/Northern. Ky area. Good luck!!

Your only option for those professions in KY is Louisville and perhaps N KY (which is really just Cincinnati south). I would look at Louisville and Cincy metros as a whole and decide which you like better.
