The human brain does not mature until around age 25. These are clear examples of that phenomenon.

Just heard that the Red River Gorge and both of Lexington's natural areas, Raven Run and McConnell Springs are now , due to throngs of visitors (and campers at the gorge) failing to keep a proper distance from one another. Some playground equipment is being removed from city parks, to prevent basketball games and tennis (tennis seems less problematic, unless the ball is "infected"). Even the Lexington Cemetery has been overwhelmed with great numbers of visitors, as it is quite lovely in the spring, with many blooming trees, etc.
and this is the difference between us and China, and Italy, who imposed a no travel ban....and kept people inside....
I heard when someone needed to go out to get groceries, they had to call and then were escorted to and from.

Don't know if that is true though?

They should let the public know his name, and what he looks like, how old, etc, so citizens can watch out for him, It sounds to me like the guy is wanting to harm others.
