My family is looking to relocate to Madisonville between now and the middle of August. It will depend on when we have a house in Madisonville. We need a 3+ bedroom home. We have small children, and would like to have a backyard for them to play in or even acreage if available. We wouldn't mind if the home was outside of Madisonville, but not too far. Hanson and similar distance would be fine.

Please reply here or email at gracedmama@mchsi.com Please let me know how much you are asking, location, how much land is with the home, square footage of the house, and property location. Thanks!

You can put a free ad on this website that serves Madisonville:

VCI Internet Services - Serving Western Kentucky Reliably Since 1995

Also, check:

SNT (free ads)

Also, the Madisonville Messenger is online, so you can look at those:

The Messenger Online

Their school calendar is usally about the same as ours, and school here starts Aug. 5th, I believe.
Your best bet would probably be to google property management companies in Madisonville...houses there aren't empty for long and if you're planning to move that soon, you better get crackin'!
Good Luck

Thank you for your reply!

I have posted on VCI, but not on SNT. The messenger is where I have been looking, but the rental property is crazy. It doesn't last long for one thing, and then a lot of the ones we look at just are not worth 600-700!!

Yes, the rents are inflated there. I spoke to a property mgmt. company there about a year ago (was thinking of moving back), and - quite frankly, I didn't see a decent house for rent anywhere. It's hard to find a rental in Madisonville....and the property mgmt. companies had a waiting list.
