I hate it that I've lived most of my life in western Kentucky and never been to Tater Day. I almost went the other day until I saw the weather forecast. Things like this draw crowds to towns which helps the economy. This is a main fund raising event for several organizations in the area. So what if some people have fun! A lot of people who go to these festivals have no idea what they are about. They know it's a time to meet your friends, see friends you haven't seen in a while, sit back, and enjoy.
