We are considering buying a lake lot with water front or at least water view in Trigg County. I would like to know if anyone could recommend a good builder or the ones to stay away from. I would like to build at least a 3200 sq ft brick walkout 3 bedroom, 3 bath, hardwood floors, granite, tiled bath, ect. any estimates on average cost per sq ft or other recommendation? I will have the build plans

Can't give you a "who's good, who isn't" but we have a list of general contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc, we got from a plumbing supply place here in Cadiz. When the boss and head bookkeeper wakes up, I'll check with her about where it is and DM you a list. Hope you settle on Trigg.

. We do his heat and air work.
here is a sample of his work I believe this house was 12,500 square feet
he uses the same electricians, plumBers and heat and air on his jobs if you are interested I will be more then happy to give you his number

I found that list but sounds like captain has more of what you need that what is on my list. What I have is a list of handymen, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc.
