Does KY tax your pension (Lexington, Louisville: real estate, income, taxes)

Planning on moving back to the KY lake area in little over a year.(retiring) Does KY tax pension? Does anyone know how KY taxes retired folks? I know real estate taxes are reasonable, but do they freeze them when you retire?

They taxed my dad's. They didn't tax his Social Security but they sure taxed the pension that he got from where he worked.

As far as the property tax, the last I knew was a person had to be under a certain income level but that could have well changed by now.
