Hey all, I had a quick question. My roommate and I are looking for a new place. I've been here almost 3 years, sorry I have an old handle. Any who my roommate and I are searching for a rental condo or small house. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good website to do a search query? If I just do a google search for JC rentals the standard rental sites come up with extremely limited results. I know there is a big condo/house rental market in JC and my search isn't yielding very many responses. I don't want to live in an apartment complex (summer chase, sterling hills, the Haven ,etc) and those are virtually the only results I'm getting. Anybody have any suggestions?? Thanks.

Craigs List and the johnsoncitypress website (classifieds) are the best way to go. To my knowledge there isn't a good website for running search queries.

There are lots of beach rental and local rentals are all over the tri-cities area. This site evolved from the old Eastman classified listing.

My advice is to drive around. Lots of rentals on Highland Avenue and in the Mountain Home community, Tree Streets, East Highland Road/King Springs areas. That's always how I've found mine. Good luck!
