Per Tricities.com, EJ will perform in September.

Never been a big fan, but it's nice to see such a big time act come to the TriCities.

This is cool! Of course, right when I'm leaving, Elton John and a brewery come to town. Alas

I'm sure EJ will have a huge turnout at Freedom Hall.

Never been to a concert at Freedom Hall but i know they seat all the way around for big concerts.
I'm assuming with it being a smaller venue, there aren't many bad seats??
Anybody ever sit in the balconies behind the stage and if so, what did you think?

Anyone? I'd like to know, because those seats are $114 for the upper seats behind the stage, worth it??

Thanks

Tony

Most concerts at Freedom Hall dont utilize the behind the stage seats. It will all depend on the configuration of the stage as to how good the seats are. If they actually build the stage to allow eople behind to view similiar to a concert in the round this will be great seats for you. I hope this helps but this is pure speculation not knowing what kind of stage will be built for this concert. I cant imagine them selling tickets for that much and not giving you a full view though.

I just browsed across this site. I think the Elton John show has already come and gone, or will within the next week, but I went and saw Kid Rock many moons ago and was seated more or less behind the stage, probably a bit more directly to the side. I could see everything on stage, but it was like watching them perform from a profile view. I still had a blast. My ZZ Top seats were much better and were straight in front of the band, but the experience was ultimately the same.
