That's a really, really difficult project in the middle of a pandemic. Hope they bring LOTS of working capital while they see if it is going to work... or not.

Is this "officially" Johnson City, or is it Gray/Washington County? Haven't seen much about the zoning concessions is why I ask. Beautiful piece of property. Hate to see it scarred by lights, among other things.

Sorry to be negative. Or realistic?

I predict that this will be successful, and is just the right type of thing to fill a need in the city.

I also think it will be very successful. Every trail and park near JC is packed almost every day. COVID has us looking for outside activities. They'll end up taking my money 3-4 time per year.

Promenade at Boones Creek updates. I no longer see any room for a Top Golf / Sports / Outdoos Facility as was previously presented.

Default Top Golf

I would LOVE to see a Top Golf there. I don't even play golf and it is so fun.

I think the Top Golf or other sports facility was for the opposite side of the highway basically behind the fire station and Pals. This Promenade is diagonal from that area basically behind Pobalanos and gas station. I have included some links and attachments to show the different areas.

utvols21, thanks for clarifying that. I thought they had updated the original plan. Something seemed off to me but I didn't realize it was 2 different developments.

BTW When is that road project going to be completed?

No problem, I think it was supposed to be done in December but last i heard they had pushed it back to April or something next year because of some type of delays.
