Hi all,
I was wondering if it's at all possible to find homes with 3-5 acres within the city limits of JC? We like to town, the schools seem great, but we need land! :-)
Also, looking in Washington County schools as well which seem to be ok too.
Budget of $275K
It's hard online because the listings will list several nearby schools but not the 1 they are zoned for.
Any input would be great, thanks!

Probably is the answer.

Next time you are planning to be here tell your realtor exactly what you are looking for beforehand, and I am sure they can show you some possibilities. If you include Washington County the answer is almost certainly "yes".

A quick web search tells me there are 3 such houses in JC. A local realtor could probably do better than me.
