Hubby and I (no kids) are relocating from WI. We need a real estate agent, insurance agent and bank recommendations. Please tell me who you may recommend and why. Looking to buy a condo in JC or Jonesborough. Any specific areas or builders to stay away from? We love to walk, any areas that are great to walk (without driving)? We visited last summer and fell in love. Any info is appreciated. Thank you.

As far as banks go, I think a lot of people use First Tennessee. They have locations everywhere and are super convenient throughout the state.
