Coming out to look the area over and look for a home to buy. Will be staying in our fifth wheel RV trailer. Can anyone recommend some decent rv parks in the area? Hope to be out there in one week.

There is a KOA off of exit 63 on I-81. May also want to check Warriors Path State Park.

Are you looking at a specific Tri-City (or other city/town in the region) to purchase a home? That may help folks guide you a bit more.

Yes we found an agent and a spot at the Shadrack RV Park. OTOH, we broke down in OKC and have been delayed a few days.

Well the search is over. We are finally in escrow. Bought a nice Ranch Style home on the Kingsport Mount Carmel boarder. In something called Rotherford Hills Subdivision. Now to enjoy the rest of our time in the RV before the real fun begins again!!
