Heads up, guys! October 3-5 is the National Storytelling Festival at the *International* Storytelling Center in Jonesborough.

If you're there on Saturday morning, look for me! I'll be one of the crazed volunteers, running around like I'm herding sheep.

There was a huge crowd Saturday morning. I was monitering a tent with at least 650 people and there were, dunno, six or eight tents in downtown Jonesborough? Not all of them were that large but still - lots of people.

Never made it to any of the midnight cabarets or ghost stories, too much other stuff going on. I LOVE storytelling at midnight, though (especially in Charleston, but that's another thread altogether)...
