Hi everyone. I was trying to see if anyone on here knows anything about either Summer Chase Apartments or Sterling Hills apartments. Are they in safe areas...decent apts..etc?

Both are in nice areas, Summer Chase is a bit closer to downtown by way of Roan St, so it is closer to shopping and such. Sterling Hills is more in the country on the edge of Washington and Carter Counties but still close to South JC.

Renee 25 Are you looking for a place to live? I have a one bedroom cabin near ETSU. Our daughter lived there for 2 years and she felt very safe and we never worried about her. It has been totally remodeled. Let me know if you interested. It's off of West Walnut - Cottage Colony.
