Tri-City Realtor Referral, plz (Johnson City: real estate, buying, estate)

Hi guys,

If anyone has a good Realtor in the Johnson City area, please PM me with the referral. It's probably not good to post in the thread with your recommendation. I think it would be cut before I got a chance to see it, so again, please just PM me with it.

BTW, my qualifications for the Realtor is that they are, first and foremost a Realtor and not just a real estate agent.

Second, they need to be patient with me and then tenacious during negotiaions.

Third, I don't need Realtor-speak from them. I will ask honest and straight forward questions and I need a Realtor that will give honest answers and straight forward direction.

Fourth, I don't want a kid or someone new in the business. The Realtor must have some miles under their belt and have a clean complaint record with the Board and any other regulatory agency in Tennessee. It would be best if they wern't depeding on May's commission to pay April's bills.

Fifth, I would prefer that the Realtor be a man. It makes for a more comfortable business relationship for me.

Finally, I require that they be employed with a stable company, not some "new-to-the-show" and "soon-to-be-gone" kinda' place.

I would be happy to help you out here Garth, but honestly, the only good Realtors I know in the Tri-Cities (yes, I know quite a few) happen to be women. The few men I know to be good, they do primarily commercial.
But check your PM for one name that might be able to fit your bill.

I know what you mean. We had a very rude realtor who had terrible jokes- anyway pls read your PM- I am picky too- and I was the one buying- not my husband- so the realtor made a cardinal business mistake!!
