We are relocating to Johnson City and have found a rental at a mobile home park on Sugar Hollow Road in Piney Flats. Does anyone know if this is a safe place to live or have any suggestions for rentals in the area? Thank you.

My wife and I live minutes from there in a mobile home park where Muddy Creek Rd and DeVault Bridge road fork. Very nice never any problems.
