I can commute from areas like Gray. Also, I wouldn't mind being close to (but not on) a lake. I have a bass boat w/ 150 HP so the bigger the lake the better. Watauga, maybe? Looking to buy in the neighborhood of 150k. I think I might like an established area where I can get more for the money, but newer is not out of the question either.

Thanks!
Craig
You may want to try sofrealestate.com. (I am not selling anything- but they have great pictures on their site). I am in an established neighborhood, within JC limits. There are many nice areas, if you look at houses that are 10 years old, you may find a better deal. Off Market St. towards Jonesborough there are alot of subdivisions, no HOA fees. Jonesborough was booming as it is known as Tennessee's oldest established city.

Your neighborhood sounds nice. Can you send me info on the homes currently for sale?

Thanks

Well, I am not a Realtor but as a mortgage broker, I know some really good ones. I'll PM you some contact numbers for some of them. As for my particular neighborhood, I think there are only 2 for sale.
