Hiya! So my husband and I are moving up to the Johnson City area from South Florida (Ft. Lauderdale). My parents live up there and they are going to be helping us out while we go to school. We are in our 20's and my husband is a musician. Here in SoFla there are quite a few clubs that cater to our crowd, and I was hoping there were a few up there as well. We are really into music, mostly hardcore/screamo/metal type stuff. He was hoping to join a band, but is not sure how to go about meeting people. Again, down here there are numerous websites specifically for heavier music players looking to hook up and jam, but I haven't been able to find anything like that in TN. I know there has to be a music scene like this, I just need to know how to find it! Anyway, if you know of any clubs or bars that are "rock" oriented, please let me know! Also if there is a local music scene website, that would be fantastic! Thanks Everyone!
