Most knoxville people are friendly. Just had to throw that in there. In the spirit of being friendly and helpful from a fellow home searcher--you might also try 37920 as a potential zip code. Even maryville might work for you since you don't mind being out from Knox a little. You might also try the Halls area. Good luck with your search!

Oops, just noticed how old this is. I would find this info helpful if I came across it while searching, so I guess I'll leave it.
