A few folks where I work are always talking about the Lunch House....so we decided to head over for lunch, as it's not too terribly far from where I work....
All I can say is WOW!
Talk about a real diner type place...homey, great service, good atmosphere and wonderful food! And it's even very reasonably priced!
I'm hoping to take my hubby sometime for breakfast...I can only imagine how that is, considering the lunch was delicious!! I was looking over the menu, and I'm thinking breakfast is pretty darn good!
It's hard to find, if you don't know it's location, but it's well worth it, IMHO.
My next place I want to try is Dixon's Deli. Thoughts on that place anyone? Oh and Cardin's Drive-In? I think that's the name. I was told that was a good place as well....

The Lunch House is just near where East Magnolia turns into Asheville Highway. There is a Sav-a-lot grocery store right near it, kind of behind it.
It's a white house type of building. I thought it would be small, but once you get inside, it's bigger than it looks!!
Dixon's Deli is the place I believe it's called. Some of the guys I work with say it's good...it was on Man Vs. Food I think.....
