My hard drive crashed after I dropped it on the floor today (what a great way to start the new year!!). Would anyone recommend a good hard drive recovery store?

these folks fix a couple of computers for me, including retrieving documents and photos that I thought were hopelessly lost. I've also bought a couple of things from them.

I second ComputerWorks....I've bought 3 laptops from them and they've been very helpful and they guarantee for one year (been to the Merchants one).

Thank you and I will check out Geeks For Less. Yes I really need to back up the hd more frequently and I truly appreciate your recommendation of online data back up systems. Will definitely try them out.
