My husband and I ride; more often it's him riding than me, but we ride.

My suggestion is to ask at the local motorcycle shops their suggestions on areas to ride. The folks there are quite knowledgable on the area and can offer the finer points of where to enjoy yourself and be safe.

We know the back roads here in Sevier County, so we are comfortable on them. You just have to be cautious on some of the twists and turns.

I have not been on the Dragon and quite honestly I don't have the desire to. My husband is welcome to ride it if he chooses to do so, I just think he wants to drive it in the car first, to get a feel for it. If I was 30 years younger I probably wouldn't be as cautious...

Best of luck on your move and on your rides. There is some breathtakingly beautiful areas out there to enjoy. Be safe!

Tek, congrats because there is a LOT of GREAT riding here in East Tennessee and the South. Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherohala Skyway, etc, etc. Your going to fall in love with our fall weather because it really makes for fantastic riding. The temperature and scenery are great. The Appalachian Mountains are the oldest mountain range in the world with results in the most diverse eco-system in the world.

I think your going to be very happy with your new home, especially if you like the outdoors and football. Hit me up when you arrive if your looking for some people to go on some mountain rides with, me and a buddy go up to the mountains often for some good rides.

I just graduated from UT last year, make sure she watched out for the Big Orange screw because it gets everyone at some point.
