I'm actually looking at elementary, middle school and high school for our girls...looking for a school that teachers care about students and not about getting paid only. Kids not materialistic and not needing to have the latest and greatest phone, tablet, etc. Also parents caring about the school and are involved. Also kids in the school that are welcoming of any kids coming in from other states.

Sorry, it feels like to much too ask, but just want opinions, thanks :-)

Carter schools seem to have a lot of involved parents and the Holston hills neighborhood (predominately professional) is zoned for Carter.
