Best not to panic! I felt like I was going to have a panic attack yesterday @ work. Everything was becoming overwhelming.... after 8 years, it was the worst day I ever had.
Better now though.

Oh right, no work tomorrow. Nice to have a night when you don't have to turn in early and get up while it is still dark, right?
Tennesseestorm , I used to have panic attacks - for about 15 years! They can be overwhelming. I feel for you both.
I tried meds for awhile and finally gave up on them. I learned self-hypnosis and through a lot of persistence, finally shook the panic attacks off.
Life is wonderful when you are in control.
Tennesseestorm and hiknapster, I sure hope you are both doing better.

I tried meds for awhile and finally gave up on them. I learned self-hypnosis and through a lot of persistence, finally shook the panic attacks off.
