Okay I was just invited to a football party at the local Kooter Browns to watch the first Alabama game. They are loved here by all but...ME I will go just because these guys are nuts and they have good burgers. I will sneak out at half time and no one will miss me, lol!!!
Hope you all have great weather for the cook outs and all

Well, the neighbors with the children have been cooking something in their smoker all day. It smells wonderful! Looks like a lot of people in attendance.

Talking Ima take your cookie. K? Bye.

Go hang over the fence and look desperate for food, Hik! That's what I would do.

Now is the time to take over that apple pie. Quick, get a Mrs. Smith's, put it in your own pie plate and run over with it. Take the spoon and fork out of your hands first. That looks too obvious. Just tuck them into your pocket!

Lauren's already doing that!

And, yes, I'm trying to get her to quit it!

Looks like they are winding down. Oh, well.

The way I look at it, if they don't invite you, you probably don't want to go.

Thanks for making me laugh, though! I can always count on this crew!

Hik, I know that next yr you and your family will be in the "thick" of things! MAYBE we will all be up there for the next Labor day and we can have our own cook out?? Doubt very seriously if I will be on Cedar Lane but close. My realtor never called back after the listing on that house was removed, she was suppose to tell me if it was still vacant. Guess I will find another realtor when the time comes.

That is just too funny! Poor, hungry Lauren. She needs a Hot Pocket - or an ICE CREAM CONE!!! Yeeeaaahhh, that's the ticket!

Do not panic!

First of all, I'll admit that the family next door seems a little different. Lauren has only played with them a few times. They have all this play equipment, yet the kids are rarely outside. Maybe a three times in two months.

But honestly, I think that party was for his employees.

Anyway, Fred went to Litton's and got take out! So all is well and na-na-na-nah to all of them!

Painter, I really don't think anyone is in that house. I could be very wrong. Maybe they are low-key, but I don't see any signs of life.

Either way, by the time you sell your house I bet that a better house will come available. That is often the way it works out.
