Good day Pam, No news yet, I am just sitting here...waiting, waiting, and waiting. Its horrible. I hope to hear from the guy today on the big house and then those folks are looking at my little hse in the morning. Without the sales I need a job up there first, and so far nothing yet. I cant afford the expense of a third house, barely making it with these 2 now. Then you add school starting in acouple weeks and the wedding in 3 weeks, geeze. I don't want to commit to anything else until I know something.

Hik It had been withdrawn from the mls, which means he doing something else. Rented, changing agents or keeping it. I'll find out shortly. I wish the market would pick up here. You know I had an offer 3 yrs ago when I was not movin' and couldn't if I wanted to for 200k more than what I have it listed at now.
