Creeksitter, Just because I have posted about liberal communities with cool Summers in past years, doesn't mean I'm still looking for the exact same thing now. Please don't put words in my mouth.

Berretta, Thanks for being fair. What I wanted in 2011 is not exactly what I want now.

Thank you so much to those of you who gave me constructive feedback! I'll be looking at real estate in those areas!
As for my budget, I'm hoping to spend no more than $225,000. That would be the max I'd want to pay.

I find 23 Condo listing for Cedar Bluff: MLS Search .

Here is the listing for all the greenways in Knoxville: City of Knoxville - Greenways .

And as I always say; You have to come and visit to see what "floats your boat".

Edit: Well the link to the condo listing results won't copy over but if you select property type (condo) area (Knox county) and sub area (cedar bluff) you'll get the results.

I wasn't having much luck with the real estate site in your link so I tried Trulia. I found an area called Cedar Bluff in Nashville on Trulia, but not in Knoxville.

My bad. I should have said click property SUB type and select condominium, then area and sub area.
