I can not seem to find anything on google about this neighborhood. Does anyone have any details about it? I'm trying to find out if there are any type of amenities such as playground, pool, walking trails etc. Thanks so much!

Thanks, I haven't seen that website before. I think I may have been misinformed on the name of the subdivision I am looking at because that does not look like the right area but I'm going to type the street name in there. Thanks so much!

That link is not to the neighborhood, it goes to a street named Hampton Ct.

The Hampton Court neighborhood is off of Dutchtown, convenient to Turkey Creek, Pellissippi Parkway, Oak Ridge. Schools are Cedar Bluff Elementary and Middle Schools and Hardin Valley Academy, a top-notch high school.

The streets are Lightfoot Way and Thunderbolt Way so you an do a Google Maps close up aerial view. I don't see many neighborhood amenities.

Hi, Hiknapster is right. It's a great neighborhood and the schools, restaurants, entertainment, etc. are all close by and some of the best in the area. The houses are really well-designed and built (I've looked at some personally). Good luck!

Very desirable area, I cannot imagine anyone not liking that area. The only downside could be traffic if you work toward downtown during peak hours. If traffic is moving good you can get downtown from I40/pellissippi in about 14 minutes. If there is bad weather or a wreck well things get ugly fast. If you plan for traffic issues its not that big of a deal. Living close to everything west Knox offers makes it worth it for many people to deal with occasional traffic headaches.

And if you pay attention to local traffic warnings, there are alternate routes to get downtown.
