How do you get 3 pages in with no mention of Louis' in Fountain City? Best spaghetti in Knoxville...

That's true.! It's wonderful! But they've gotten a little light on the sauce. They used to heap it on. But one order still feeds two people.

How about eggplant parmesan? Boy, what I would do for a great big platter of real Italian tomatoey sauce and eggplant parmesan. Wonderful eating.

Just ask for more! They don't charge you for more, either. I always have to get extra sauce.
