I am so excited about finally getting to TN permanently! I have been so many times on vacation and keep telling myself, soon we will be there, full of beautiful views, friendly people and finally change of seasons again! Although my time here in Florida has been very nice, I am so looking forward to my relocation to the Knoxville area.

I just did my first news interview and of all places it could be from, wouldn't you know it Knoxs News Sentinel did it this past Friday. I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my story but even more excited to hear from fellow area residents that also transplanted to the surrounding areas. After you made the move, did you find you were just as happy if not happier that you did it or did you have any reservations and regrets?

I can't imagine a better place to live and I hate leaving every time I visit...soon I will not have to leave.
My thanks to the Knoxs News for running this story and helping me realize a dream in TN.

Thank you so much Beretta! This is exactly why I can't wait to get settled in our new home, the people are so wonderful! Coming back for another visit soon and this time I may just stay and get settled and let my hubby finish things here so the kids can be set up in school when it begins again for the year

Thank you for sharing the link Brian! A fun video can also be seen of my creation on YouTube. I hope to bring it to the local stores when I get settled.

Whoa and wow! I checked the video out and your bowl out! Your creation is already for sale at Bed, Bath and Beyond and has 5 star reviews! Then I checked Amazon and it has great reviews there also! I am going to get one for my Mom. Her arthritis is getting bad but she still loves to cook. Way to go!

So glad Carly featured you! Looks like you were meant to be home in Knoxville!

You're welcome, mia.

I, too have read reviews on several sites. I plan to stop by one of the stores to buy one for my mother to use in her kitchen.

Thank you all so much! I just KNEW Tn was where I was meant to be I can't wait to come back in a few weeks. Unfortunately Brian HoldBowl is only available online, and some small gourmet stores. I am working on getting it in the retail giants next. Tennessee here we come!!!
