I so badly want and plan to move to Tennessee by summer. I chose Knoxville because it's most closest to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I don't know of any other towns that surround Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with easy access by public transportation to get into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I want to buy season pass to Dollywood so I want to be able to be as close as I can. Maybe I am assuming wrong but I don't know if it's expensive in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and if there are walmarts and such there. I'd like to try and hope to land a job but would there be jobs for such people like me who are disabled and not really with a lot of skills. I mean I do have a h.s. diploma. Also I read from some people who say that the pay is low and not enough. Is this true? What is Knoxville life really like? What about the education system and health care as well as the police dept. there? How is the air and water quality there? Are there programs and services there than can help you look for and get a job?
