Hi,
I'm from E. Tennessee and I want to relocate to Knoxville. I'll be coming from California. I'm a registered nurse with a BSN and I'm looking for a full-time position. I have heard the crime is low in Knoxville, not so here in California and this is one of the reasons for my relocation. I also miss the friendly Tennessee folks.

What are some good hospitals to work for in Knoxville?

Thanks!

Depends on what you're looking for (there are several). What kind of nursing position do you want?

UT is best. The rest are not that good as to quality of service and from friends who are involved working conditions can be bad too as they do not have as many nurses on staff as they need and the work load goes up.

Here is a recent report of the best hospitals in Tennessee according to US News World Report.

UT, Fort Sanders Regional, Parkwest, and East TN Childrens all made the cut. Go Knoxville!
