I have a 700k budget and want to stick to that or below.

We are looking for a home with land / privacy. Long driveway away from the road.

3,000sf or larger home.

No dirt or gravel roads / driveway

Away from highways / Tracks / Airport and landfills

Within 30 min of Costco and the major shopping center.

What are your thoughts on the neighborhoods we should be searching in? We will probably rent for a year first.

Thanks for any input and details you can offer!

Virtually anything in Farragut could work, +/- land.

700k????? That will get you nearly anything you could want in East Tennessee.. I’ll second serious conversation in saying Farragut is a good choice. It’s the gold standard for a good area in Knoxville. Hardin Valley is another area you may like, a bit more rural but still upscale like neighboring Farragut.
