Default Consideration

I live in GVB. One thing that I never had considered was resale. Since I have lived in GVB, six homes have come up for sale by owners and only one sold. At quite a loss. One of the others has had it's price dropped numerous times to no avail. Also a lot of lots for resale at dropped prices.

I have had second thoughts about buying and building in GVB.

We just toured GVB and were impressed with the amenities, location, etc. I think the lot prices are a little high going through Waters Edge properties as I see lower prices through other realtors. It's hard to tell what lots are available and which aren't, realtor "steered" us to certain areas, curious to know what other lots or homes are really available, we're considering GVB as a potential retirement location.
