Cooks does seem to have the best jingle, and have always done right by me and everyone I have referred them to. I second that notion. Proactive is defintely the way to go. Insects seem to take breeding more as a a means of mass production and total domination.

maxamom79, all companies usually require a contract of sorts, and I have used and recommend Summitt pest out of Oak Ridge, and always call Gordon., his average rate is $20.00 per call, and requires no contract, and will come when you need, and if you spot any crawling things within a few days of treatment, call and he returns free of charge.
